On November 3, 4, 5, we’ll be immersed in learning for our annual ISG Learns. This year is unique and better than ever because many of our sessions are facilitated by ISG educators. This is a mark of our capacity for sustained and continuous learning. We would like to thank all of our ISGers who are presenting for mini-NESA or facilitating a workshop or Innovation Team. You rock!
We shifted the schedule slightly to accommodate the many events occurring this weekend. The main change is that mini-NESA sessions will be offered on Thursday and Saturday. Please note that workshops and innovation team sessions run concurrently.
Sessions on Offer
Please find here a doc of detailed session descriptions. Hyperlinks have been added to assist you in navigating through the various options.
What to attend?
We hope you will find something interesting amongst the session offerings, and we hope you will take the opportunity to collaborate with educators across the district on an Innovation Team. For planning purposes, it is helpful for presenters to have an estimated head count. After you have reviewed the session descriptions, please take a moment to indicate your session preferences on this form. If you change your mind on the day, it’s perfectly okay.
Code Avengers Form
In addition to our ISG form, if you plan to attend the Code Avengers Workshop they have asked that you submit a form for their purposes. Please complete the form for Code Avengers by November 3 only if you plan to attend their session: Coding in the classroom with Code Avengers
