As we continue working towards personalisation, innovation and our 21st Century Initiative, we are pleased to introduce our revised iPGP. This iteration was based upon feedback from teachers and administrators across the district and will allow us to continue to focus our goal-setting and deepen our work.
As we noted at Convocation, the ethos of the iPGP remains the same; teacher-centered professional learning based around district and school goals. The modifications include building collaboration into the process and introducing cycles of inquiry in the PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) format.
You will receive more information about the iPGP process at your individual school sites. Below is a brief overview the process and a link to the revised format. This link includes two versions of the same questions (hence the redundancy) and may be modified at your individual sites, so please use the version distributed by your principals.
